ten scout essentials (mandatory)
foot locker w/ combination lock
class A uniform w/hanger
class B tee shirts
scout socks/white socks (every day)
underwear (every day)
hiking boots & sneakers
swimsuits(s)
water shoes (no flip flops)
long sleeve shirt/pants/belt(must have for swimming and lifesaving MB)
shorts/scout appropriate Tees
scout hat
boonie hat (optional)
rain gear
toileties(soap in container) tooth brush/paste/floss/bath powder
bath towel, washcloth, hand towel
sleeping clothes
sheet/blanket/pillow or sleeping bag
flashlight/headlamp, extra batteries
sun screen/bug spray (NON-AEROSOL)
WATCH!! (mandatory) you will not have your cell phone to check the time!

water bottle hydration system
personal first aid kit
over cot mosquito nettings (with dowels, tape if necessary) (optional)
dirty laundry bag (trash bog)
scout handbook (mandatory)
pens/pencils/notebook, advisable to bring MB books
day pack to carry MB materials, water, first aid kit, etc
fishing gear (optional)

camp chair/stool (if you don’t bring one, don’t plan on using someone elses)
MB/OA sash
sunglasses on neck cord
summer reading/religious tracts
cards/magnetic chess or checkers (optional) dont bring games you will lose pieces for
prescription meds in labeled plastic bag – have to turn these into the health lodge

camp chair w/cup holder
large coffee cup that fits in above
reading glasses

duct tape (large roll)
good book to read while sitting in camp chair, drinking coffee, watching (thru sunglasses) duct taped Scouts that don’t listen work on their MB assignments
favorite blanky/pillow to take a nap with after the above

fattening, unhealthy snacks that you are not allowed to have at hom
